Swap 98 ek coupe

Hi everyone I’m new to the forum and I’m in need of help, bought an EK automatic and I did the swap to manual now the car won’t start, same automatic ecu, I did the 2 wire by the shifter, the only think I have yet done is plug the clutch. The car has new belts, alternator and starteder since the automatic is different them the manual and I also change the cluster to manual.... any ideas it will be appreciated. I stay in homestead FL if any forum members can help me out or give me.
