swapped a b16a2 w/ agreddy turbo in 2000 hatch

ok i have a few problems 1st the blue box for the turbo doesent wanna work. the car idles fine without the box hooked up but dont run w/ it. i dont know if i got the wires crossed or not. if some one got this setup on their si let me know. 2nd there is only 1 o2 sensor hooked up cause i cant find the second plug for it. if some one has nextel that can help me my 2 way number136*202532*1
