IMO, it's worth $4,000 sight unseen based on your first post. If you post pictures (inside, outside, engine bay, front/back) then we can give you a worthy asking price. A lucky low end buy for someone is in the $3k range. $6k is on the high side but not unheard of for an all stock Si like you say.

Bought an '00 EBP Si in '11 for nearly $8000 from a dealer, sold for $6500
Bought an '00 MR Si in '12 for $7300 from a private seller. Still have this one.
Both had 120+/-k starting, but the MR was complete with lip & wing unlike EBP and it was also all factory minus pager alarm vs. EBP w/o any alarm and previously being modified.
IMO, price will depend on condition, location/availability, and how much someone is willing to spend. Have you tried KBB to get a ballpark figure?
