Throttle Body?

i have a 94 civic hatch with a B18C1 motor. and im looking to get a Skunk2 intake manifold. and i was wondering if i should just go ahead and get the Skunk2 68mm Throttle Body. and i was also wondering about how much horse power ill gain with the Skunk2 Intake manifold and the Skunk2 Throttle Body?
