what kind of exhaust is it and how old? It's probably just going bad, cheap mufflers go bad fast, or you could possibly have an exhaust leak.

Possibly the honey combs in the resonater are loose and bouncing around in there happened on my Yonaka exhaust and it aint that old either.
Climb under the car when its off and basically just shake the resenator if its that you should be able to hear it move around in there you could on mine anway.

It really helps to post details.... No one can help you if you say "exhaust rattles, help". Where is the rattle coming from? What exhaust do you have on what car (custom, aftermarket, OEM)? How old is the exhaust? Is it rusted?
