What parts will I need to do a tune up of a 2007 civic lx that has 183,000 miles

Bought a new car, I got my wife's civic lx 4dr. It has been poorly taken care of inside and out by her. I wanted to do some projects to it maintenance wise to have it running 100% again . The car currently runs great but I have delays when I accelerate, lower MPGs then when she first got it and to be honest I don't think she did any scheduled maintained ! I am not an ASE mechanic but I like the car and I have already detailed inside & out, steam cleaned the interior and waxed the car after I used rubbing compound. I know the essential parts but what do you recommend on a step by step basis starting with the most important?

If you follow my list your civic will run like new .
Replace spark plugs , replace all fluids.
Use Honda ATF fluid 3qts if it's a auto tranny
Get a can of BG44K fuel injection and intake cleaner. Just google it for best prices .
Honda power steering fluid only .
Fuel filter. Use good synthetic oil like mutol 5w 30 .

if you're gonna replace the spark plugs, mine as well replace other parts like the spark plug wires, dizzy cap and dizzy rotor.
also, you should probably replace the air filter. k&n is my preference
