What rpm should I shift my skunk2 cammed b16?

So I just bought a b16 for swap in my 98 hatch I have an STR intake, 70mm TB, 550cc injectors, k&n intake cold air, skunk2 tuner stage 1 cams, 4-1 header and full exhaust. My question is does anybody know what rpm I should shift at? Gonna b running a P28 ecu and need to know what to tell tuner/burner at what rpm to set shift light to set and also to know when to shift for me I have the 5 speed that came with the b16. One more question what rpm should I have VTEC kick in? Thanks.

Well as shitty as it sounds I'm getting p28 from eBay then down the road will dyno tune.

What kind of valvetrain will the car have? Will you be degreeing the cams in?

A setup like that does not function well without a real tune. Personally, I'd just wait to save money for either Hondata S300 or Neptune RTP to install everything. Save yourself the hassle and potential risk of damaging more than you can afford to lose.
