Is the only difference between the H22 and the H23 the fact that the H22 is OBD-1 and the H23 is OBD-2?

the differens are that the h22 is a 2.2 liter dohc v-tec....
the h23 is a 2.3liter doch non'vtec...
there are both obd1 and obd2 versions of each engine

Thanks bro. I thought there are obd 1 and obd2 versions of each i was looking for a swap and couldnt find the h22a4 anywhere thats why i asked

edit: the h23 is v-tec though...
