My '98 Sedan needs quite alot to call it a find. Things like carpet cleaning BAD, or replaced, tires, wheel covers, brake work that may required a master cylinder, an A/C compressor, an amount of body work involving minors all-around, headliner and several other items make me wonder if unloading as a parts car might save me time, aggravation, and lot's of dough.

Have any pics of her? Likely not worth the time and effort to restore, IMO. Especially if it requires body work.

Without knowing mileage, knowing how it runs, or actually seeing pics of it, and basing it off of your description, I would either part it out or sell it cheap as a parts car.
Piecing it and parting it out will take time, but selling it as a whole, as is, will yield the less amount of money, but you may get rid of it quicker.
