Wheel spacers... Please help

So I need some advice about wheel spacers. I have a 9th gen civic si with the oem 17' rims and just want to bring the rims out flush with the body. Or even out just a bit. I'd like to know what's the max mm I can go without having to get extended studs and be alright. And what's the bore size so that they fit perfectly with no play when I put them on.

3-inch spacers will work perfectly,
