Where is the IACV in a dual point fuel injection located at?

Good day! I'm having a problem with my idle... It shoots up and down and the engine dies when i step on the gas abruptly and releases. Most of the thread suggests that it might be the IACV, but most of the DIY videos available is on a MPFI. Please help...

Back of the intake manifold near the throttle body. Has two coolant lines running in/out of it and a plug.
