If this is a "budget build" it can be done with with your plan but add a few things.. make it vtec, headstuds, injectors dsm 440 will work, fuel pump, ebay kit is ok but the turbo is not AND A TUNE. Not a chip a tune.. prob a thing i forgot car pooling home..
