I heard this from some people that it could lower my 1/4 mile time by up to .5 seconds. Anyone know if this is true because it would really help even if its only .5 seconds, because i need new shocks soon anyways.
Properly set shocks also improve your acceleration by providing less of a weight transfer from the drive wheels, and less shifting from your top heavy weight roof weight. And I would imagine less weight transfer from when you shift. If you have already installed some sort of aftermarket spring designed for your car, don't expect too much more of an improvement.
