Zc tranny bolt up to a d16y5??

I was thinking about doing the auto to manual conversion, I read somewhere that it will bolt up but may require a half shaft from an Acura?? Does anyone know if this is the case? I have a spare zc tranny laying around and was thinking about using it instead of buying one, anyone have some insight on this???

Also I’m not sure if it’s the dohc zc or the sohc zc tranny, to be honest I don’t even know if there’s a difference between the two

DOHC ZC transmissions requires the CORRECT half shaft and then the correct length axles (2nd gen Integra will work), SOHC transmissions do not.
Both transmissions will bolt up to 88-00 Civic D series motors.
