General FAQs

How long have you been in business?
We started ClubCivic.com in 2002 and ClubIntegra.com in 2005. In 2009 TunerSports was started and became incorporated in 2011.

What are your store policies?
You can view our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm EST. We are closed on weekends and holidays. We also check emails outside of our business hours as much as possible.

How do I know if an item is in-stock?
While we try to list live inventory on most items you can always email us to ensure an item is in-stock.

What if I order a product that is out-of-stock?
If you order a product that is out-of-stock you will be notified via email with the option to wait for the product on back order or remove it from your order.

How do a track my order?
You can view your order information here.

Do I need to pay sales tax on items ordered?
Only Vermont residents are required to pay a 6% sales tax.

I don't see an option to order if I live outside of the U.S. or Canada.
We are currently only shipping to the United States 50 States. Please contact us to receive a quote for shipping in AK or HI.

 

Billing / Shipping FAQs

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal and you can use your credit card with them without having a PayPal account.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is authorized immediately, and at the time the item(s) are processed for shipment, or special ordered is when final payment is made. If the order is canceled, please allow up to 72 hours for the payment to be refunded to your account.

Can I have my items shipped to an address other than my Credit Card billing address?
Unfortunately no, we can only shipped to your confirmed address using our Credit Card Merchant and PayPal. If you have an Amazon account you can pay using that account and any shipping address you have on file with them.

What is a PayPal confirmed address?
When a buyer's credit card billing and shipping address are the same. In some cases PayPal has examined the buyers PayPal account history.

How can I confirm my address on PayPal?
By adding a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you recieve your c/c statement). Other options to confirm your PayPal account can be discovered on www.paypal.com.

How can I track my order?
You should have received an email with tracking information when your order was shipped. To view tracking information online please view your order status here.

Where do the products you carry ship from?
Most items are shipped from a network of warehouse across the US or from the product manufacturer.

How are your items shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Some higher priced items and shipping to apartments/suites may require a signature. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. If you need an item sooner please contact us. Performance parts are shipped via FedEx or UPS and most merchandise include stickers, shirts, etc. are shipped via USPS. Decals and stickers will arrive in a regular business size envelope. Lanyards will arrive in a bubble envelope and t-shirts and license plate frames in a poly bag.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items that are in-stock at our warehouses are shipped same day if ordered before 4PM EST. Items in-stock shipping from a manufacturer location usually ship within 1-3 days depending on the manufacturer. Some manufacturers ship same day and some take a bit longer depending on how busy they are. Once shipped you will be notified via email. Shipping generally takes 1-7 business days depending on your location.

What does Free Shipping mean?
Free shipping means all products are priced with shipping included. Free shipping is for ground shipping. Free shipping applies only to packages shipped to a physical address in the lower 48 states. If you live in HI or AK please contact us with your zip code and the part numbers you are interested in ordering for a quote on extra shipping charges to your location.

Can I order faster shipping?
In most cases we can expedite shipping on in-stock items. If you would like to upgrade you shipping at an extra cost please contact us with the part numbers you are interested in order, your zip code and how soon you need the items. Once an order is placed we cannot change from ground shipping.

 

Order Cancellation / Returns

What if I need to make changes to or cancel my order?
We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not yet been prepared for shipment. Please contact us at immediately if you wish change or cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the items have already shipped or are "Packaged for Shipment".
