Car will not run.

I have a turbo b16 that will start will my foot on the gas it will not idle. When i do start it with my foot on the gas it will spit and spudder and only rev to 2500-3000 rpms and imitate launch control and spit flames out. Ive cleaned the iacv, Adjusted the tps , looked at the distributer wires and they look ok. i am running s300. the first time i started it today i had a code 8 error code which in s300 is TDC sensor but it went away withen a min or 2. so any suggestions would be awesome thanks.

Well yes and no I do believe we can the base timing synced with the distributor around 16 degrees base timing and as far as idle speed not sure .

Did this just start happening or what. We need more info here.
