B18 swapped civic hits limiter at 3k?

*UPDATE* I've identified the problem! I did a cylinder drop test, cyl. 1 is misfiring, but there's still spark. I swapped cyl. 1 & 2 injectors, cyl. 1 still misfires. I tested voltage running to the plug, on the non resistor wire there's no voltage, but on the same wire on cyl. 2 plug, there's a small amount of voltage (this is key-on engine-off). I checked resistance between resistor wire at the injector plug and the resistor box plug, and that wire is fine.

So the brown wire coming from my ecu is suspect then, correct?
Which pin on the obd0 ecu is for cyl. 1 injector?
