If there was no difference then they would be the same part number. If you installed the 03-05 civic struts and reused your 02 hardware and knuckle, your gonna have problems when you drive it or go to have it alligned, unless yhere was the bolt adapter included in it

01-02 is different from 03-05 saddly. I know the 2 bolts that hold the strut to the knuckle are different sizes between the 2 years. iirc 01-02 is 14mm and 03-05 is 16mm

I thought you could pull the ecu backup fuse, but maybe that was for the older civics....otherwise you could stop at advance auto or autozone and have them clear the codes

check your temperature sensor about the CEL / temp guage problem and you should only have a upstream o2 sensor to deal with

idk why but i like the upwards angle exhaust i would say get the hks

i would say to do some reading, come up with a list of what you think would be good and ask about if they are good choices i would say intake, exhaust, get it tuned

i have actually only seen that maroon/red interior once in person in a eg8 sedan, sadly it was at the junkyard. its definitely different and rare, but it just doesn't look that good to me
