ok me and my friend just built his d16y8....it has block guard rehoned sleeves vitara pistons tuner toys rods arp head studs arp rods bolts hes using a t3/t4 turbo greddy bov were only shooting for 300 hp.so far he has only spent 700 bucks.he only wants to spend about 1200...

anyone know what to do or how to fix this or what is wrong?
