Are they connected properly? Test them for voltage with a DVOM.

so it turns over but wont start? For starters, remember this: The car needs fuel, spark, and compression to start. Which one is missing and why? Diagnose accordingly..... Try to turn it over with another battery (fully charged) and see if that makes a difference.

Doesn't matter, it won't fit on a B series. D series and B series parts are generally NOT interchangeable.

Update: So far since I bought it, I have: Changed the oil (mobil1 full synthetic) Spark plugs (NGK iridiums) dizzy cap, rotor, plug wires (NGK) Soon going to change the trans fluid with redline 90 and shockproof..... Drives great so far, trying to keep it that way and get the most out of it.

Thanx man, you won't regret it if you get one. Ehh, not much of a project. At least not yet, maybe when I get enough money to make it a project. I've never driven the turbo model, but I'm sure I'd love to. My neighbor has a turbo model as his project, it's not finished yet but I can't...

Ask yourself: What would you like out of your car? Comfort? Performance (handling, power, etc)? Prioritize what's most important to you. For example: I'm more interested in a comfortable ride than a fast one. I cleaned up the interior up and made it to where I WANTED to be in it.
