Put battery in the trunk, and run the harness around through the fenders. Also if you have HIDs, put them in the fenders. Also, applying de-greaser to the engine itself helps. Also, obviously removing anything un-necessary will make the bay look more "tucked". Here's my bay, I've basically done...
