λ sensor serious failure !

Greetings from the Official Hellenic Honda Club !!!
We have a third time in 10000km λ sensor failure in K20Z4 motor of FN2 chassis!
Does anyone has the same problem or even better solve this @@@@@ headache!!!!

Which sensor would be a little more helpful, or explaining what the car is doing or not doing helps too!

The euro spec type r FN2,has two sensors located,the first before the precatalyst,and the second before the main catalytic converter.
They are responsible for measuring the temperuture of the exhaust gases and regulating the air fuel ratio!
They don't work properly and as a result the motor does not keep stable rpm!We change them for free because they are been covered from guarantee,but this is not a solution!
I'm asking if someone, Si owner has ever come up against with such a problem and how he solve it!!!

What is Honda's explanation?

The problem might be the wires or ECU rather than the O2 sensor.

Officialy, they say "hardware failure - guarantee covered - no reason for concer"

Tell them that they are treating the symptom not the cause of the problem. The repair record speaks for itself.
