00 Civic lx Whining noise

(i haved researched and got many diff aanswers so sorry if sounds repetative)

my 00 civic makes this annoying whinning noise when turned on and during the duration of the trip all day .
it seems as though its comming from the driver side were all the major components are . what could this be ? i have turned the steering wheel numerous times and there is no noise from there. The noise isnt crazy loud like those screaming belts either . its just real embarassing . so any help would be greatful .

ac belt most likely...try spraying some belt dressing on it...or just replace it...................or do you have a superchargerr your not tellin us about

Start by checking all three drive belts for wear and tension. Also check the A/C belt idler pulley.
