02 acura cl type s

Well my civic was totaled acouple days ago and I'm in need of a new car, ive got a cl in mind but heard their trannys go out fast due to heat, is it worth getting or should I stay in the civic scene and save more gas?

the cl's and tl's are infamous if you buy atleast make sure it has a rebuilt tranny with warranty on it theirs tons out there.

The one I'm looking at has 160k and a studdering tranny at low rpm shifting probly gonna blow soon?
