'02 Civic w/ 180K miles. Should I be concerned about reliability?

Ive had my civic for about a year now and Ive put on like 50k miles on it already i think. I use it for school and work. Im mainly concerned because its getting HELLA miles and I need it for school and work. My commute for school is like 30 miles both ways and I put on about 30 for work every day (pizza delivery). Should I be concerned about the life of my civic? Ive changed the oil quite frequently and I dont want it to die on me!!

Its a honda,it could last a long long time depending on how well you take care of it,oil changes,tune ups etc...my dad had 245k miles on his 5th gen before he sold it,it ran like a champ,with that being said ive heard 7th gens had problems but not sure if its real or not.
