.15in.Rota's-Coilovers-Slammed?????>????

Im gunna eventually get some 15in Rota Slipstreams from my buddy for my 2000 Civic Dx.

Would a 96-00 be a ek or Ej?????
I say Ek but want the proper term..

anywayz....

I have a set of WeaponR coilovers with the Helper spring.
after i take off these big ass 17in rims i wanna slam my car a deacent bit..
its allready a 1 1/2in in the front an 1in in the rear but i can slam it another 3inch's...
Im gunna eventually get a megan camber kit for the front an rear. but i need to know if it will wear out my tires. so i here they will with other rims an i heard they might not with the 15's or at least not be so bad..
