1998 DX Sedan Raw Data

Hello,

Can someone please help me with the readings on the Scan tool in the pictures. Basically I would like to know if the readings are normal? If there is something odd, what is it and more importantly what I can do to fix it? or better yet where to start?

I purchased the car 2 weeks ago today and it only had a P0171 code but I erased it and it hasn't come back since.

Would that indicate a problem with the temp sensor, thermostat, head gasket even? Don't even know where to look first...

No coolant leaks (on the floor) I can see a little coolant like where the hose meets the housing, also the reservoir and radiator levels are good... I will check the Thermostat over the weekend and see whats up radiator looks fine...
