Well the time has come for me to sell my car. Im looking to move out so i want to get rid of a couple loans i have through the bank so i gotta sell some stuff.
My car is a 1999 Civic hatch that is built and boosted. Car is very clean and has been well maintaned. The previous owner garage kept the car and only really drove it on super nice days. I daily drive the car though but always make sure it is clean. The motor was taken out over the last month to clean everything and make sure things are good to go for me getting ready to sell.

Eagle H beam rods w/ big ARP rod bolts

Stock Si oil pump

Main and rod bearings have about 10k miles on them
Motor was machined and rebuilt about 10k miles ago, but had to have new piston rings installed about 7k miles later.

New valvstem seals and head has gone through a machine shop less then 5k on head.

This is a complete swap Built Turbo Set up. The motor made 330Hp at 20Lbs with my old hurt turbo and only reving to 7200Rpm.. Was still making power but do to a wiring issue (wich is now Fixed) it would not rev past that point. I daily drive on this setup and it has treated me well.

Pros:
Very clean car inside and out
Motor runs strong
Car def has some rare parts on it
Very well taken care of
Cons:
Turbo may need a new seal pretty soon car burns a bit of oil because of it
Needs the tune updated a bit because of the new cams and valvetrain that were installed.
