2000 Civic Si New Owner

Just got a bone stock '00 Si. I'm the second owner. 146k mileage. I need tires, fog lights, front lip and I have a squeaking noise at 40mph and above. it non-rhythmic and I can't find the cause yet. Any ideas on the squeak? Other than that, where do I start? I'm new to the 4 cyl import game.

squeaking over 40? I had a weird noise once over around 40. It turned out i had lost a lug nut and a wheel was making noises. lol.
