2000 ex Civic coupe

Hey my brothers 2000 ex Civic coupe he's using a d16y8 engine harness on his obd2 LS swap but the only thing different is the distributor plug it self is different from the harness the white connector is from the engine harness and the blue connector is a obd2 LS dizzy lmk please
