2002 Civic EX 5 speed

2002 Honda Civic EX with manual transmission
My daughter has owned this civic for over 10 years and it has been a great car but recently it developed sporadic starting problems.
I first thought it was the battery, you could jump it and it would be ok for long periods of time now nothing.
Everything works when you turn the key but the starter doesn't turn or even click. I had the starter, alternator, and battery checked and all are fine.
Going online I've found a few things I could try but none of the under dash pictures I see look like this car.
Some say it could be the main relay assembly or the starter cut relay. I don't see anything that looks like those things under here.
I would like to get it running so she can sell it.......anyone have any ideas?

Hi Guys
Just an update I initially took the starter to Advanced Auto and it tested good so I put it back on thinking there was another problem after watching a video on YouTube I decided change it....worked great car is now running. I guess just because it test good there doesn't mean it was good on the car. Here's the video link;
