2002 Civic Valve Adjustment

I've been looking around for the right valve lash. Some .007 Intake and .009 for Exhuast. I've also seen .006 intake and .008 Exhuast. Need some input as which be a good range. I have a Ported and Polished, Match Port head. Waiting on Stage 1 Cam regrind. But I need to find the right range without the Stage 1 cam first and go from there.

What engine? Most specs for valve lash give a range, such as .006"-.008". So you are fine to do either, but I like to do the looser end of the spec bc the valves will tighten as the car runs.
