2003 Civic EX coolant? leak with video showing where. Need help!

My car has been leaking when I drive it and I'm assuming that's why the reservoir tank gets full and overfills as the loss of vacuum by the leak. So I found a leak and its on the back side (closer to driver) of the motor and it seems as there is a threaded? hole there that it drips from. If anyone can take a look of the short video and help me out in figuring out what's the problem I'd appreciate it, thanks.

edit: The hole in the video is actually on the water pump so I had that replaced./end thread

i can't see the video but i would also check to make sure your radiator cap is working properly as this regulates coolant to and from the reservoir.

I got new radiator and cap thinking that would fix reservoir issue by the way and it hasnt overfilled.
