2008 type-r fn2 steering wheel in 96 hatch

hello everybody! i have searched and searched all forums but nothing ! so i sad it is impossible to put a 2008 civic steering wheel in a 96 hatch ! i don't want to make the airbag work just the horn ! so i started with purchasing a type-r steering wheel and from that simple! removed the old steering wheel and put in the new, it fits perfect with no mod! and the horn , well just made that work on the multifunction buttons!

The airbag in mine doesn't work because it's blown PO put THIS blown wheel in because he said it was better than the stock blown wheel :shrugs: Idk if it plugs right in or not.
