$2500 for LS Swap Installed?

I was wondering if $2500 was a fair price to have an LS put in my 4dr, Thats everything,

from a auto shop or a friend inless u are getting your old engine out and that put in still to much look around for more options

That is way overpriced...You can get it done for $500 to $1000 by a local shop..Thats one of the most basic swaps..No v-tec wiring or any of that complicated s**t...It's a very straightforward swap and doesnt take alot of mechanical skill..Save your money

its a rip reallly for a ls swap. do it urself and u could do a ls swap for about a lil less then 900 bux

you can do it yourself
buy a engine lift, rear tranny mount and left side mount and drop that s**t in yourself
everything wires up exactly the same as you d series

dude, that is way too much for a direct bolt up install. I mean, that is like $1500 labor or something.

Motor costs.. 500-800 in a junkyard, and like 1000 for a jdm engine(shipped).. Maybe 500-800 for install.

At most I would pay is 1600. Just for the time, and THEY PROVIDE EVERYTHING NEEDED.
