4th gen 88-91; How many Coolant hoses are there exactly? Any other components?

My car is an all stock 1990 Hatch DX. it just hit the 200k mark and I just recently replaced the Radiator, Water Pump (along with timing belt), Thermostat.

I would like to replace all of the coolant hoses to protect my car from overheating.
I plan on replacing the following:
-Upper Radiator Hose
-Lower Radiator Hose

but what are the other hoses that I should replace? How many of them? I cannot find a compiled list of this anywhere online.

Also, in addition to the water pump, thermostat, radiator, what other components should I replace (Exception to this would be heater core).

Also, do you have any recommendations for clamps?... The Honda ones are a pain in the ass to work with!. I usually just use pliers. Any recommendations or would AutoZone's finest be sufficient?...
