5th gen Seat brackets fit 6th gen ?

i have a set of seats for a 5th gen civic..and was thinking about giving to a friend with 6th gen civic..would they fit..with same brackets?

i have eg seat brackets in my 6th gen. 3 of the 4 holes line up, so it will work.

Last Night I Put 5th gen seats in my 6th gen. If you wana do it right you need to take the trax that have the handle to slide back and forth off the 6th gen and put them on the 5th gen seats. They Bolt right up.
