88 crx DOHC ZC questions

I am thinking of geting this car from a guy online, but He says it won't start. Car is pretty riced out, with a newer civic front end conversion and Z3 fenders.

I just don't know how much he knows about motors, or the tricks that go into getting a ZC working properly. I know for a fact that it is getting fuel air and spark.

I'm thinking it's either timing, ir the wires on the dizzy, but does anyone else have any ideas?

Well if it's got Z3 fenders that is quite riced out which means he prolly ran the balls off of it and ran it out of oil and it's prolly seized....What kind of fagg uses z3 fenders anyway....

if you have fuel and spark it should start up or at least fire. did you pull teh plugs.check them out. make sure the wires are hooked up right.
