well im kinda new into the honda scene my cuusin told me to get a hatchback ...so i founda a 1991 hona civic hb dx......... now this guy did a engine swap to a d16z6 Sohc vtech engine and i would like to know b4 i purchase will it be able to pass inspections and should there be any problems with the car because of the swap he has done to it ?

tell the guy to take it with ya to deq and if it passes tell him ya want it and just add the fee to the car price then ya will know good luck.
