95 civic dies at stoplight

I have a 95 civic ex. I have ported and polished the head. Reringed the pistons. Now once my car is warm and I come to a stoplight car dies. Starts right back up and idles fine. Come to another stoplight and it dies. Anyone run into this problem.

Clean the IACV. If the problem persists, adjust the idle speed.

My 98 did that because I'm using a cheap distributor cap and the contacts get like flakes on them
I have to clean it every so often
Check your cap maybe?

Cleaned IACV and know it still dies at stop but also after restarting car it won't stay idling enough and it will die again.
