hey i just bought a 95 civic and now the car takes a long time to take the third shift and it loses power. So i just stays on the same speed n i cant accelerate. Whats the problem?? i just put new spark plugs and the cables for it today.

Take it to a shop.

Check whether the throttle cable is adjusted correctly. See diagrams.

Also try three drain and refill cycles with Honda ATF. Don't have a shop flush the transmission.
