95 civic with Cable tranny

Recently I have come accross a civic si tranny that is cable. I can get it for a real good price, with shift linkage, and axles, as wells a fly wheel, and pressure plateto start my auto to manual conversion. Myy question is " is this a good idea? What are your thoughts? Since my car is Auto I can add the cable tranny, and just have to add the cable to the pedal.

Please advice, I do not want to puchase it, if it will not work.

i put a cable in my 95 and it worked fine but mine was already a manual i did it when i swapped my b series into it.

ok cool, thank you, I bought the tranny, and shift linkage. Does anyone know if I can use my same axles?
