How do I adjust the headlight for the 96-98 Civic headlights? Is it the wrench bolt or the dial? I don't want to blind anybody with my headlights... Thanks!
It's a small gear to the back of the headlight. Honestly, I would suggest taking and getting them aligned professionally.
