96 Honda civic lx tune up?

Hi I just bought a 1996 Honda civic lx it says on the odometer 167955 but they said it has 177000 miles I deffinately need to replace the valve cover gasket as well as the oil pan gasket but I was wondering other than maybe spark plugs, oil change, and belts

What else do I need to do?

Do you have records of previous maintenance with the vehicle? Would help to see what and when things were already done.

Automatic or manual?

Some ideas:

flush coolant
flush trans fluid
brakes pads, rotors, even brake fluid if it looks old
clutch fluid if it looks old (if you have a manual)
spark plugs
spark plug wires


timing belt if it's still somehow original

It is a manual and unfortunately there were no maintenance records it came from a police impound auction and thank you i will look into doing that its not hard to do the fluids yourself is it?
