Once The Bolt Broke Free They Got TighterAnd Now TheyJustSpin. Im Assuming They'r Welded In The frame. Any Suggestions On How To Get These Bolts Out Or What To Do Next?? Pls Help. ThankYou!

you don't have to remove the driver's side motor mount. You do have to remove the lower torque mount in order to remove those belts for replacement

That's the correct name of the mount.

OP - You may need to cut off the bolt and weld on a new nut to the frame.
