98 front fender HELPP asap

ok so i need to know how to take off the bottom two bolts that bolt on behind the plastic side skirt and i cantfigure out how to take the side skirt off. please lemme know how to do this.

Once you have all the clips and bolts off. You push the side skirt towards the front. To take the bottom bolts you need to pull them off hard.

there should be three plastic screw/clips on the bottom that you need to take out. you can un-screw them but it takes some patience. there are also a couple regular screws in the front fenderwell area. once those are off you slide the side skirt towards the front of the car.
