99-00 civic Si....how many made?

i read somewhere awhile ago that ....the 99-00 Si .....they only made 5000 of each color for each year....meaning 15000 in '99 and 15000 in '00. just wondering how true that is.....anyone know?

Who knows.

If you could link all the DMV Databases togother in North America (US AND CAN) you could find out. Plus we have VSM EM1's here that were not offered in the states.

Well i rememebr back in 99 when they came out that the dealer told me they were limited and they had only one in the lot. That was there floor model.

well.. whether they were limited or not, they are few and FAR between now (as far as clean title goes for 1) and just having one that hasn't been stolen either ..

i often wonder myself how many "were made"

the last 6 digits or so on your vin # is the count for that car. If you have an Si, see what yours said. i have like a 49,500 '98 dx frame.

mine says like 82,000 something.....i dont think there was over 80,000 made ....but i guess i could be wrong
