you cant make your own but you can peice together a nice setup if thats what you mean.

You can make a junkyard turbo a.k.a poormans turbo.
Head to the junkyard, find an hf mani from an 88-89 crx, then find a volvo and grab the turbo and down pipe from any.
Go to ebay and buy the hf turbo adapter plate and a turbo oil line and fittings kit.

Misc. Parts like some good injectors from a talon or mitsubishi, intercooler and piping you can also find at the junkyard.
You might need to go to your local muffler shop to gt some welds done and piping done.
