Civics are slow. They were built for gas mileage NOT speed. You have an automatic which is the slowest of the slow.
Outside of them being notoriously slow, if there are engine problems with yours there is absolutely no way to tell with that post you made. You gave zero information as to what is going wrong. It being slow is NOT a proper explanation if you want any kind of a diagnosis put some thought into the post and try again.
