Some guy backed over my car last week and smashed my whole hood down. He pinched the passenger side of the sheet metal bar that the hood latch box is in (i would be very great full if someone could tell me the actual name of that part) knocking the a/c compressor and radiator out of place. I just wanted to know if the sheet metal part is bolt on or it is welded on. thank you
